Autoflower Seeds
What are autoflower seeds? Autoflower seed genetics are a cross of photoperiod indica or photoperiod sativa with Ruderalis. Ruderalis is a third system of cannabis, whose origin is in the Siberian latitude, which evolved into a shorter more rugged cannabis plant that flowers based on maturity rather than its light cycle. Autoflower plants are typically twice as short and grow twice as fast as photoperiod specimens; usually the autoflower will retain 10-20% of its Ruderalis heritage and 80-90% of its photoperiod heritage. The advantages of autoflowers are faster flowering timeframes and the ability to place more plants per area.
